HP Z-book

Hello,

I am using HP Zcentral remote boost.

I am currently on Z-book laptop and use remote Boost to connect to my workstation. On my end, I have a 3 display setup. When I connect to remote boost, I would like to use two out of these three monitors for the workstation.  I tried changing the display settings  (the third option in Zcentral remote boost app gets the remote session to use all 3 monitors which I dont want).  Note that my remote workstation has 1 monitor attached to it.

I tried changing the configuration in the rgssenderconfig file to physically define two displays as follows:

##### Receiver Resolution and Position
Rgreceiver.Display.1.X=0
Rgreceiver.Display.1.Y=0
Rgreceiver.Display.1.Width=1920
Rgreceiver.Display.1.Height=1080
Rgreceiver.Display.1.Orientation=0
Rgreceiver.Display.2.X=1920
Rgreceiver.Display.2.Y=0
Rgreceiver.Display.2.Width=1920
Rgreceiver.Display.2.Height=1080
Rgreceiver.Display.2.Orientation=0

But the app complains the resolution cannot be matched and defaults to a 1-monitor display. How can I get the remote session to play nice w/ only 2 monitors? Thanks in advance.

*Edited to show the correct monitor resolution 1920 x 1080.

Actually, choosing the borderless mode on the main menu solved the problem.
