Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I have downloaded the latest version of HP Central Remote Boost Receiver (2020.1.2) onto my PC laptop running Windows 10 and when I click on the app, the blue circle appears as if the app is about to open but then nothing, it doesn't open.

 

I have updated Windows 10 to the very latest as well as updating my graphics card driver (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050i). I also tried turning my firewall off to see if that would help.

 

Other troubleshooting things I've tried are uninstalling and then reinstalling a few times as well as trying an older version of the software.

 

None of this has helped unfortunately, can anyone help with this problem?
