Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have been using ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver 22.1 for over a year now with no issues and just recently did a feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 as well as a security update for Microsoft Windows. When I restarted my computer and clicked on the app, the blue circle appears as if the app is about to open but then nothing, it doesn't open.

 

I've tried are uninstalling and then reinstalling a few times and it hasn't done anything.

Any help for this situation would be much appreciated

Hello,

Are you using 22.1.0.8945 or 22.1.1.8973?  I would like to test to see if I have the same issue.

Are you using a golden(company) image or have you seen this with a plain vanilla Windows 10 image?

Were you on 22H1 and then updated to 22H2, or did you update from an older Windows 10 version?
