Hi, we are currently using ZCentral 2020.0 but it does not support 48Khz audio. Is there a new version which supports 48Khz audio between sender and receiver.

Hi Paul,

There has been an ongoing discussion about this on this topic https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-ZCentral-Remote-Boost/Autodesk-Flame-Reference-is-44-1k-Need-48k/m-...

about 48Khz audio support for Autodesk Flame users.

There is a workaround that I've been sending those users that might work for your case.

Please check the topic linked above, and then your private messages for more details if you think that's something that would help you.

Thank you

Hi Lizzy, yep that is exactly what we are doing. We are using Autodesk Flame  to edit programmes remotely. We do hear audio ok and yes, as the others have said, because its at 44.1Khz the audio runs at a different speed to the video and is out out sync when playing a timeline, (and when exporting a file fro Flame). If you have a fix for he 48Khz we'd be happy to try it.

regards

Paul
