Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When ever I try to connect to the computer i get the following error.

"When you attempt to connect to another user's desktop a dialog is displayed on the Sender desktop asking the logged in user to allow your connection.  A user is not allowed to connect to another user's desktop unless they are explicitly allowed/authorized.  Either you were not granted access or the dialog timed-out and you were implicitly denied access

I have built new machines and get the same result.  If I am logged into that machine, I will see the authorization request and approve it but still get the same error.

Verison is  22.1

Hello,

I see you are using 22.1 for Remote Boost.  Are you using 22.1.0.8945 or 22.1.1.8973?

Remote Boost V22 is on both sender and receiver?

When you are connecting to your sender, and you have Windows on your receiver, Windows

will automatically try to use the credentials (username and password) that you used to log into the system locally with.

One thing to try if you are trying to use different credentials from what you logged into on the receiver locally is "Prompt for Username and Password" in the settings of the Receiver GUI.  Does that resolve the problem?
