hi all my problem is that to use my printer hi have to sigh in on ho desktop app... and i do not remember my pass... on the hp web site i can enter with my google accont but i cannot change the pass... if i try the "forgot pass" link on the hp desktop app it doesn't recognise my phone numbero or my email and i cannot reset it... can someone help? can't find a way to have some support....
