As I mentioned and what I showed you from the user guide, is not to use the ZCentral SSO if you screen locks after 10 mins, just log in as you normally would using your own credentials. We do not sign users out, but we do lock the screen if a connection is lost, or in your case, the lock screen appears due to the set timeout. We use the same for HP. Have to keep signing in if I am away from my computer for a period of time.
Easy Login is opposite of SSO. Easy Login skips the task of having to enter your username and password once you start the connection from the receiver, but requires you to sign in at the lock screen. More of a matter of preference. Use Easy Login if you don't want to skip the first authentication when starting your connection, but then will have to log in at the lock screen to get to the sender's desktop, or use SSO which requires authentication at the beginning, and if the verification of the username and password is good, then you will be brought directly into the sender's desktop without more authentication.
