Hi,

Im looking for some help on the zoom behavior in maya. This works great with a mouse in both win and macOS.
Using a wacom, it works great on the windows client but seems to be a sticky on the Mac release (all latest versions of remote boost).

mayas orig camera zoom works like this : you hold down alt+ lmb +mmb and drag your cursor to zoom the camera.using a wacom this works great on windows, on Mac it seems to have trouble with the number of inputs.

I got it to work when I lift the pen after the initial lmb click  and hover holding just alt+ mmb + cursor move.
however the extra step of lifting the pen is a big workflow breaker and feels quote unnatural.

given this works absolutely flawless  on the windows client, is there a way to  mimic this on the Mac client ?

it almost seems like it takes one click less input maybe ?

many thanks,

F

Hello,

Need a few more details, and have attached the ZCentral Software Elevation template.  Could you send the completed elevation template to me at zcentral@hp.com.  Also in your email could you provide the Wacom device(s) you are using along with what application(s) that you are seeing this issue with, and steps to reproduce.  Then we can look into this for you. Please put the subject title the same as this post.  We may request a video to help us better see the issue, but won't ask for that now as I may need to create an drop box (ftp) for you to upload one.
