Product: HP Photosmart Premium C410
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've replaced all the ink cartridges with new ones and it still won't print in black. I can't get a successful printer alignment.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Photosmart c410a printer.  Go through all the steps in order.  If you get to the "replace the printhead" stage try soaking the printhead as shown in the post here.

 

If black ink is not printing the alignment will fail, once that is corrected the alignment should complete without error.
