Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Customer,

 

If your printer is no longer in wireless or you want to reconfigure the printer to new wireless router, 

Then here is two important steps to follow to setup you printer back to wireless AGAIN !!!

  1. Follow the video instruction (shown below) depends on your printer with or without LCD control panel.
  2. Important - In your computer, Install HP Software from https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_10_0_4029_14.exe
