Installed a cm2320nf MFP printer yesterday on a network.  It works fine and responds reasonably well from some of the Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) but word documents take an extremely long time to print.  It stays in word with a notification for printing, the printer shows spooling.  Any suggestions?  Why primarily word?

The problem is with word 2007, go to word options/advanced/printing and uncheck the background print box.  Problem solved.

Thank you It worked. Do I have to reset backgrounding printing for each document I print?
