- lenovo flex 4 wont print in color to hp envy 7645

i have downloaded all new drivers for the hp envy7645 and i still cant print in color on my lenovo flex 4. I have tried from word, excel, adobe, etc.... I have gone through all the settings with no luck of changing anything for printing in color.

I understand that you are unable to print in color.
Kudos to you for trying multiple applications and checking the settings.
Don't worry, I will be glad to help.
Are you able to make a copy in color?
Have you checked the level of color ink on the printer front panel?
Are you using genuine HP ink?
If you are able to make a copy in color. Please refer to page number 28 in the printer manual to check settings. Click here for the printer manual.
Make sure the blank only or grayscale is not enabled. If they are enabled, you will not be able to print in color.
If you unable to make a copy in color, then the issue is the cartridge or the printer.
Please try Solutions 7 and 8 as suggested in this article.

- Enter Product number or select to auto detect
- Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
