Hi Everyone,
I have been using an HP Officejet 4560 for a year now. Last month my printer ran out of ink while it was still running on the original cartridge that came with the printer itself. Yesterday I decided to sign p for the Instant Ink service, but when I logged into my account at HP eprint, I could not find my printer that I had connected to my account when I set it up. So now I have been trying to connect the printer to my account, the problem is that the printer is out of ink and it cannot print the claim code that I need in order to connect the printer to my account. Is there any other way that I can get the claim code or connect the printer to my HP eprint account?

Thanks for the reply banhien,
But when I got to the Instant Ink website I can see my printer listed under the eligible printers section. Here is the link from the picture —> https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en
