HP Web Jetadmin Reports Issue (* Collected data is not complete for the selected time period)

Hello All,

 

I am hoping to find some serious help here with HP Web Jetadmin version 10.4. I have a fleet of about 45 HP Color LaserJet CM6040. The devices were successfully added after weeks of struggle trying to resolve communication and credential issues with Web Jetadmin. All of the devices have SNMPv3 enabled and the authentication protocols have been set to SHA and AES. 

 

The issue I am having is with report generation. After successfully adding the devices to data collection and getting a 'Collection Succeeded'  as a status. The reports are not accurate at all. I have tried generating every kind of report for different collections and interval and I am still getting number that are way off when compared to the info in EWS. The reports (attached) are showing very low numbers with a * in front of them and this is going on for about a week. Can someone please guide me towards getting the reports right? I am unable to find any helpfu1.PNG2.PNG3.PNGl content online regarding this issue.

Do any of the devices report properly? I see that you have other models. Your one screen show appears to show that credentials are not correct. I would first ensure that your firmware is up to date on all devices as that can affect how well a device works with current WJA installs.

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question. None of the devices report correctly. Yes some devices are showings update credentials message but we are not worried about those as that problem is related to SNMP credentials and it will be updated to get rid of that error. Our concern is the devices with correct credentials and collection succeded messages. The reports are totally wrong.

The formware is also up to date
