Hello Norbert!

When you navigate to the EWS for both printers does it show supply information there?  Can you force a refresh and see if it populates?  Is the printer that shows full supply status on the same subnet as the WJA install?  The other printer?

Thanks for any info!

Hi PaulGasper!

Yes, when I go to the EWS, all of them showing the supply informations without login. We enabled SNMPv1/v2 read only on every printer.

Do all of the devices on the 10.111.32 subnet not show supply status?

It is possible that the network devices need to allow that specific traffic through to where your WJA instance is running.  I know I had a similar issue with SLP listen earlier this year!  Just thought, I am very much a novice with WJA still.

Atm. It's not like on the first picture. Now I see two full supply list on the 10.111.32 subnet. So I think it's not credental thing.

Plus info, we installed 3rd party program on the printers (YSOFT SAFEQ). They configure some Secutry settings on the printers.

Our printing server IP: 10.128.128.31 also on other subnet.

The last two things I can think of to check would be the credentials for both SNMP and EWS.  Make sure that WJA has the correct info in Tools --> Options --> Shared --> Credentials --> Device

If these settings are correct the other thing to check is that in WJA when you have a specific device selected, Supply Tab.

There is an option to Show All or Show Only Needed

If neither of these work I would submit a trouble ticket to HP here

Best of luck either way!
