How do I reset HP Embedded Web Server Password on a HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One Printer Series (7855) Printer. I have tried all the passwords I can think of, the router's Password and PIN, to no avail.
I'd like the printer's email address to remain the same. Is it possible? Or is removing Web Services and/or resetting the printer my only option?
Thank you in advance for any assistance you may provide.

Hi,
To make sure, have you used admin (all lower-case) as the username, among any possibly selected password?
If you cannot access the Administrator account, restoring the factory defaults for your printer is the only option to recover it, and you must use another ePrint address as a result, the current ePrint address of your printer cannot be used for six months once the printer is restored.
If you would need to restore the factory defaults, see To restore the printer to the original factory defaults on page 169 of its manual:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05634824
Now you will be able to reconfigure the printer on the network.
