Incompatible ink cartridges

My sister bought the printer (HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3788) at Abu Dhabi and she bring it here in the Philippines.  I've even used it before, it still works until the ink emptied . We used 652 for the ink that was bought at Abu Dhabi, I changed the ink same to what we used for the first time (652). Then, it says "Incompatible Ink cartridges". We try to reset the region and we bought ink 680. But still it won't work. It's the same problem. I've already reset my region more than 3x and now I cant rest it anymore.

A reset can be only done 3 times in a printer's lifetime after which it cannot be changed. So, it can be treated like a hardware issue as another reset is not possible.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/upgrade options
