Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased 3 $5 instant ink ecodes and when I try to add them to my prepaid balance I get an error "Server Error.  Please try again later".  I also changed my billing method to PayPal but it has yet to bill PayPal . I need to use my printer as soon as possible and would like to get this rectified asap.
