Hello.

I have read most of the threads in here, but still having problem with EWS on my OJ 4632

I have tried to follow as many solutions as possible, but without luck.

Does anyone have a good (and working) solution, how to either remove or reset a lost pass for my OJ 4632 EWS?

Can't think of 1 pass i havne't tried of all the pass' i can remember i could have used.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

Jim

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to reset the EWS page. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Reset the network settings on the printer to reset  the EWS page.

Follow the below steps:

1.Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.

2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.

3. Select Restore Defaults.

4. Confirm the selection to restore defaults.

Let me know if that helps.

Cheers.
