Hi oh wise ones!
I have moved from the UK to Finland and would like to transfer my Instant Ink account over... Every time I log in I'm transferred straight back to the UK website and when trying to re enrol on the instant ink service I can only update my UK address to another UK address. I am getting nowhere with HP support (virtual assistant does not understand my questions, phone support never pick up the phone and live chat isn't working!).
I was thinking that I could delete my account altogether and register again on the Finnish website but I can't find any option to delete my account. I only have one email address and am reluctant to create a new email address just so I can set up my HP printer again!
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Manu

Hey there! @Manounette, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you would like to know how on how to change the country from the UK to Finland using the instant ink account.
Have you selected the country on the account page?
Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.
HP Instant Ink is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Portugal. We’re planning on expanding, so keep checking back for updates on when HP Instant Ink will be available in other countries.
We do not have the option to change the country of your registered Instant Ink account.
If you had to relocate or move, you would have to cancel the account and then create a new account for the country you have moved too as long as Instant Ink is available for that country.
You would need to reach back out to HP Instant Ink after you have established your new account so we can see what can be done to assist you.
Refer the instant ink FAQ for more information. Click Here
Hope this answers your query!
I hope you have a great day! 🙂
