Hello Trevor13,

This could be an issue with the "Encrypt all web communication" in the Device EWS. Uncheck this option under Networking >Mgmt. Protocols > Encrypt all web communication.

Additionally, under the Security > Web Service Security > Trusted sites and add https://mfphpbizapps.com/getpage

I hope this information helps.

Good Luck!

Hi WinnyM and Trevor13,

We're also having this same issue. A week or so ago, everything was working fine. Since we've been getting the errors, we've tried everything (from factory resets to WinnyM's advice). We're stumped.

We've contacted HP directly but haven't received much help or direction from them. We just bought this expensive printer for our office, and we're disappointed that it hasn't worked the way we had hoped. It seems like this is a bigger issue and we're not alone.

We appreciate any help anyone can provide to get our JetAdvantage printing working again.

Thanks,

CPLA

Hi,

Just seen this error pop up on a M880 in the office I'm working at, first time I've tried using The HP JetAdvantage via the printer.

Have some M630 I can also test on but suspect a similar result.

At present I suspect it may be something to do with our SPI firewall as it can intercept SSL communications/certificates, and has caused some issues with Firefox on some users machines in the past, but want to do some extra checks on other devices before getting that team involved!
