Welcome to HP support community.

 

This condition occurs when the wireless connection is on, but the printer cannot find a wireless signal or cannot connect to the network.

The Wireless light blinks when the printer is attempting to connect to the wireless router or access point. Wait a few minutes, and then check the light again.

 

If it does not stop blinking:

Refer the steps mentioned in this document and setup the wireless connection again:- Click here
