Hello, I started experiencing two issues at the same time. One is that when scanning, our scanned items are uploaded to the local cloud and after a few pages we'll receive 'network error' and in the event log it says event 74740. Other times, also when scanning, the thing will just flip out hardcore and all the lights will fash, the display will give blue screen of death, flash an error code, tell us to restart the printer, and the event log says event 69666.
I did some research on this and made sure that the firmware is updated... and it is. This printer has seen a lot of use and I feel like its starting to feel that wear and tear, but I dread the cost of a new printer and setting it up for the entire office even more-so.
For the network error it says, "Page count 28899" which certainly sounds absolutely wrong.
Any advice is appreciated, thank you

I read others mention that this problem would just mysteriously fix itself, and thats the same thing that happened with me after a few days.
I recommend the standard troubleshooting methods: restart printer, restart router, pray.
After moving the printer to a new location it now works flawlessly. Perhaps it just wanted a new view, but jokes aside this is a known issue HP doesn't answer and the issue will fix itself after a while. The pagecount I mentioned is how many pages *total* the printer has dealt with so it is a good gauge on how much use your machine has seen.
