I would like to change and view the settings on 192.168.0.244 . However, it seems that I have locked most of the items when I first register with it. When I press on Network, a box pop out and ask me to login. I have forgotten the username and password, are there anyway to recover or reset them?

- Are you getting any error message?
- Are you using a dual band router?
Let me know.

Hi Asmita,
I am using a dual band router on the ground floor and a single band on the first floor, a lan in taken to the first floor router. the printer is on first floor. i am able to connect via wireless direct but unable to connect it on the wifi router . i am trying a wifi protected pin setup. The printer generates a pin and i put that pin on the wps section of the router , but the wps pin fails to make any connection after 4 mins

This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. Do not connect it to 5 GHz Network incase your Router supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz
If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, then the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks
