Hello and Good Morning!
I am working on building out the firmware repository for our organization so that we can begin pushing firmware updates to our fleet. We are starting with the M527's and decided that while some of our printers use the FS3 firmware we would like to upgrade across the fleet to FS4 (at least for the 527's). However, when I go to add the FS4 firmware from the repository I am receiving an error.
Is there something I am doing wrong?
Any assistance is appreciated!
(Apologies for the red tint, it helps with blue light induced migraines)

Hopefully this will help someone else.
The default location that the firmware repository is stored is drilled down in AppData of the Network Service account. For some reason, after upgrading to 10.4 SR6 I was unable to save firmware to this location causing the error message in my original post. Changing the save location of the firmware repository to a different location stopped the error. We checked the folder permissions and the Network Service account should have no issue saving to the default location as it had all permissions allowed except for special permissions.
At any rate, this fixed the issue.
Good luck to anyone else who runs into this!
