Hello Again!

 

I'm back with another question about Web JetAdmin.  I have set up groups for each location in my organization and I am looking to apply some settings that will be different for each location.  Each site will have a specific set of folders that they save to on the network and I was curious if a template could be created to add these immediately after discovered on the network.

 

For example;

 

Location Indiana gets a new printer

It arrives, is hooked up, on DHCP...based on the IP range its placed into the Indiana group.

It will need a 'Save To Network Folder' setup to "Indiana Files" and "Indiana Documents" folders

 

Can this be built into a template or do they still need to be configured manually?

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you in advance for your time!

Current revisions of Web Jetadmin have added more ability and I believe that scan to folder locations is one of them. I realize you posted this question a while ago but it popped up and wanted to ensure if you were not aware of the recent updates to Webjet admin that you would know.
