P4515x
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have general problems printing on either P4515x or P3015dn.
I am using Dell Precision M3800, Win10 (64Bit)

When starting printjobs, after some time (no page was printed) an error is reported.

Asking the trouble shooter I get 0x803C010B.

Problems have startet about 2 weeks ago - at that time I was using driver 6.2.0.20412 from  2 Feb 2016.
Now I updated to driver 6.2.1.20636 from 2 May 2016.
I have tested PostScript and PCL6 driver.
After having done several reinstallations I have no idea anymore.

Thanks in advance

Thanks to everyone trying to help.

The printers are network printers.
The printer say nothing (useful).

I have no administrator rights, but the administrator says the firmware is up-to-date.
I can not tell how the firmware update was done.

One problem is, there are others having no problems at all - most of them are not using win10.
I see the problem of the administrator that he can not reproduce the problem - even so he did a win10 test-installation.
Anyway, I am not the only having problems.

I did several things in the meantime, but one main difference might be - I deinstalled the HP drivers and I am using the ("old") current windows drivers with very limited features.
Now it works (somehow :Crying: )

Also I have access to other (none-HP) printers in another (local) network and this way printing works fine.

Thanks again to everyone trying to help.

Hello there

USB or Network printer?

While having the problem on the PC what does the printer say?

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

You have updated your drivers, but what about the firmware on the printers?

And a quick follow-up your p4515 probably has extra trays I have read about it issues occurring when upgrading the firmware with the extra trays attached so you want to look into that before upgrading the firmware..

Search for tray 3 not working after firmware upgrade on p4015.
