Hi,
Thank you for your query to HP forum. I will try my best to help you.
This is very likely a print head defect and it is not fixable so you would need to have it replaced. Please call the service center in your country to have your printer replaced if it is till under warranty.
Hope it helps.

0xc6fd0602 error reffer to No Pen I/O.
Please to turn off the printer using the Power button (if possible), disconnect the power cord from the back of the unit, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power cord, and then turn on the printer. Repeat these steps up to three (3) times.
Possible cause
A paper jam message or print bar assert error might occur if the web nose roof dust cover has dislodged inside the printer. The web nose roof is a plastic flap installed next to the print bar that protects the web from dust and other particles

Hi,
We have a HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP printer in our office.
Yesterday, after printing a .pdf document (double-sided), I tried to print a second document, only to find out that the printer was displaying the following error message:
[
Problem with Print System
Printer functionality is disabled. Please contact HP.
Error Code: 0xc6fd0024
]
We will be contacting a HP Engineer, but in the meantime, would you be able to provide more details on the nature of this problem.
Thank you
Regards,
Jacques
