Hi Sims_1373,

13.B2.FF Jam in Right door

Paper residual jam in top cover at image area.
Paper present at SR6, SR13 or SR13 at power on or after clearing a jam.
Recommended action
  1. Open the corresponding tray and completely remove the tray from the printer. Check for any paper present in the feed assembly of the printer. If paper is present, remove the paper.
  2. For trays 3 and 4, open the lower right side door and check for any jammed media. If paper is present, remove the paper.
  3. Open the right side door and open the lower cover. If paper is present, remove the paper.
  4. Open the registration assembly. Pull down on the blue tab on the left side of the assembly to expose the T2 roller and sensors. and pull down on the blue tab on the left. If paper is present, remove the paper.
  5. Test the top of page sensor (SR6) and the paper width sensors (SR13, SR14). If any of these sensors fail, replace the registration assembly.
