Hi,

 

I am getting a 31.13.02 Jam in document feeder error on our HP M525.

 

I have followed the instructions to clear the paper jam, and there is no paper or any other debris in the document feeder.  The error clears when the document feeder is opened and closed but still persists when trying to use it.  The printer won't try to pick up or feed any paper, it immediately displays the error when attempting to use the document feeder.

Hi SMProd,

 

I think there must be an ADF sensor test for this model.

 

Go to Administration->Troubleshooting->Diagnostics and there look for ADF/scanner sensor test and try and test the ADF's sensors. You might have a faulty sensor there.
