I understand that you are experiencing an alignment issue with your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4303dw on Windows 11.

To help us identify the correct solution, please confirm the following:

  • What is the exact error message or error code displayed on the printer?
  • Are the printed colors not lining up, or is the entire image printing at an angle?
  • Does the problem occur when printing, copying, or both?
  • Did this begin after replacing a toner cartridge, clearing a paper jam, or updating the printer?
  • Are you using genuine HP toner cartridges?
  • If possible, please attach a sample showing the alignment issue. Remove any personal information before sharing it.
     

Meanwhile, please try these steps:

  1. Remove the paper and reload a fresh stack of plain paper. Adjust the paper guides so they touch the edges without bending the paper.
  2. On the printer, open Menu > Paper > Paper Source, select the tray, and confirm that the paper size and type match the paper loaded.
  3. Print a test page directly from the printer. If the defect also appears on this page, the issue is not caused by the Windows application or print driver.
  4. Remove and reinstall all four toner cartridges. Check for remaining packing material or visible damage, but do not touch the imaging surfaces.
  5. Restart the printer by disconnecting its power cord for 60 seconds, then reconnect it directly to a wall outlet.
  6. Update the printer firmware and install the latest Windows 11 software from the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301-4303dw/fdn/fdw Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Sup....
