Hello,

The root cause for the issue is still unknown and under investigation. Although evidence shows the this can be related to the job being printed by the customer or to a physical damage in the formatter.

Follow ALL and EACH of the following steps for error codes 49.2F.D6, 49.2F.D8, 49.2F.D9.
  1. Isolate the MFP/Printer from the Network and remove anything externally connected to the product; this includes third party solutions.
  2. Power cycle the product to verify the 49.2F.D8 still occurs at Power ON after the product has been isolated from the network and external devices.
      note:
If the error ONLY occurs when a job is printed, then it is imperative to print a Demo page (internal page from control panel) to verify the error shows when the product is isolated from the network.
If the error is generated when attempting to print the Demo Page, then proceed with step 3. Otherwise, STOP reading this error message document and troubleshoot the job being printed by the customer.
  3. If the 49.2F.D6, 49.2F.D8, 49.2F.D9 shows up in a solid condition at Power On or when attempting to print an internal page, then replace the Formatter assembly (CZ255-67901).

I hope this will help,

Cheers!
