Hi @heykins10, how do you do ?

Welcome to HP Forum !

🙂

Firstly, realize the firmware update:

HP LaserJet Enterprise M575 Printer Series Firmware for Multiple Operating Systems

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5118243&swItemId=fp_175317_1&swEnvOid=419...

After update, restart the printer and realize new test.

In last case, realize the cold reset:

http://www.smarpost.com/post/hp-m575-error-codes-49-2f-df-%E2%80%A2-49-38-07-8236441?trail=30

HP M575   error codes
49.2F.DF

49.38.07
----------------------------

A - To do a cold reset on this machine, go into the pre-boot menu.

1. Pwr on.
2. The HP logo displays on ctl pnl. When "1/8" w/ underscore displays
below HP logo, touch the logo to open Preboot menu.
3. Use down arrow to highlight Administrator, then touch OK.
4. Use down arrow button to highlight Startup Options item, then touch OK.
5. Use down arrow button to highlight Cold Reset item, then touch OK.
6. Touch home button (NOT physical 'Home' button on bezel) to highlight Continue,
then touch OK.

Service pin:  05057512  (aka PassWord)

A - 1 Cold Boot
then try-
B - Partial Clean

After 'Partial Clean', these new messages are displayed during boot:
Upgrading FW
Upgrading  Sys 2
Upgrading Sys 1

These maneuvers eliminated the '49.xxxxx' errors for me when copying, or when printing from the network.

I hope that helps !
🙂

Can I ask you a favor ?

If the question is clarified, mark my answer as "resolved" and click on the icon of the "hand" to provide "congratulations" in recognition.

Have a nice week !
