Please let me know if this is useful

You could also get specific help (maybe) here

https://virtualagent.hpcloud.hp.com/?botClient=Portal&lc=en&cc=u

provide the printer model and ask about that error code

Hi @Sy_ng85

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the error message. A 59.CO error on HP LaserJet printers generally indicates an issue related to the motor or internal drive system

Before we move forward, could you let me know the exact printer model and where the error appears (on the printer panel or in the HP App)?

That will help me provide model‑specific guidance.

In the meantime, here are a few basic checks you can try:

Power cycle

Turn the printer off, wait about 30 seconds, and then power it back on.

Check for obstructions: Open the printer and ensure there are no paper fragments or foreign objects inside.

Firmware update: If accessible, confirm the printer firmware is up to date through the HP App.

Run Diagnose & Fix: If you’re using the HP App, the built‑in tool can automatically detect and resolve common issues.

Could you share the printer model details so we can narrow down the exact steps?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
