Hi, 

 

Earlier in December I had help from this forum (a HP employee) resolving my trouble in printing with teh 79 Service Error Code showing up. The problem has recurred again, this time whenever I tried to print on both sides of the page, in colour. When I printed in B/W it was fine. At both times, documensts were PDF format.  I tried the solution offered last time again - unplugged everything, took out cartridges, waited, reinstall cartriges, downloaded and installed latest firmware....still the same error code. 

 

Any suggestions please to solve this problem?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting 79 Service Error Code on the printer and you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps.
