HP LaserJet Pro 200 Series M251 nw

I have a LaserJetPro 200 color M251 nw.

 

It stopped printing, and displays a 79 service error erro message. The user manual says that's is due to a firmware error. So I turned the printer off and then back on after awhile, and plugged it directly into a wall socket, but the message persists.

 

I would very much appreciate your help...

Disconnet the printer from the computer or network so only the power cord is connected. Now turn on the printer and see if it comes to ready. If it does it means there is a print job on a computer trying to print and causing the error. Remove that job from the computer.
