Operating System: Android 5.0 - 5.1.1 Lollipop

i have trouble about printer serial No:[edited]. the trouble is attention light and ready light are on. So its didn't printing, didn't use canon. how i fix it? is anyone help me?

Take a look at the document and see if it helps and post back exactly the condition of the lights are they on solid or are they flashing.
