Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ADF does not recognize paper and will not feed.  Cleaned rollers and other, but still no feed.

Firstly, what is your machines model number?

Do you have anything on the scanning glass?

Do the rollers spin as if it's trying to pull from the ADF?

Do you see a flag in the ADF tray? That tells the machine theres paper loaded in and to pick from the doc feeder. I'll be able to get more of an idea what might be the cause when I look at the model.
