My HP LaserJet PRO MFP M127fw is listed as compatible with an ARM Snapdragon computer and the computer has added the printer but the documents do not print correctly.  Each one prints on only about a quarter of the page and there are also black lines on the page.  Can anyone help?

The most reliable HP produced drivers to try with an ARM based processor computer are listed below. Up front, HP has not tested this driver with every printer, but I have found in my own testing that many older printers function well using this driver.

Printing:

Scanning:

Thank you for your reply,  After I posted the question I found the link below which you had already sent to someone with a similar problem:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SUPD/SUPD-5.03.1.3642-V4-ARM64.zip

this link works perfectly for printing.

I tried the link that you sent above for scanning but it did not work and also affected the printing, which went back to printing incorrectly.

I have now uninstalled the scanning software, disconnected and re-added the printer, then used the link pasted here again and the printing is working again.

Is there anything similar to the link pasted here for scanning?

Thank you again for your help.
