Hello sir, yesterday I got new HP laserjet Never stop printer. I use it for office work scanning multi page documents in PDF format. But the resolution is too high. There is only three options (200,300&600). It makes my work difficult please help me with this issue

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please watch this video - it shows how to use the iHQC compression mode.

 

Do ensure that the FULL feature software is installed.
