Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Today I was purchased hp laserjet mfp 136 w printer,iwas connected with my smartphone wireless & print document but on the paper shows an error 11-1114,plz give me solution on that?

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.
