Admin Password Reset

Like others, I have set the admin password and seem to have forgotten the password.  I have read the forums on resetting admin password with touching the lower-right bottom of the screen while powering up to perform the factory reset on printer as well other methods and they appear not work.

Any assistance out help in resetting the password...

Hi

I have the same problem being unable to reset my admin password  on my HP3630 printer.

I am certain I never set one up originally, Alot of people seem to have this problem with HP and this printer. It would be great if you could advsie how to do this in the forum so everyone can see rather than a private message. I thought that was the idea of forums- to help everyone.

Please can you advise how to reset the admin password for the printer- thank you.
