I changed my admin password for the Web setup, and cannot remember it now, hence am unable to change some settings that I need to get to. Could I have the reset procedure please.

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

The solution works great.
Really a waste of time to make people individually request a private email with the answer.
1. restart the printer and when the HP logo appears.
2. press and hold the lower quadrant of the touch screen until the message "storage init" appears.
3. release your finger from screen.
