so i had problem login on the EWS, not in the network of the printer.its solved: went to the spanish part of the forum and got the answer, there it recommend me to use web jetadmin to fix it( with that program i could do a factory restore, and then configure evrything.)

the program used is HP Web JetAdmin. you hav to connect to the printer in that program and search for the option indicated.

Hello, @martinkirz – Hope you are well 🙂

Thank you for engaging in HP Support Forums. I am glad to be of your assistance!

I understand your printer EWS page is asking for an administrator password.

Did you try to completely restore the network defaults and then reconnect to the network? Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Now, reconnect the printer back to the network. This will reset them to default:

1) password access requirement is turned OFF

2) username default is ADMIN

3) password is BLANK

If the issue persists, then try to access the printer EWS page using a different browser and check.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂
