Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after a windows 10 update my printer won't print from my computer

Answer:

 

Uninstall the existing print software > Restart the computer > Download-save-install a fresh copy of the Full Feature Software.

 

If you want help to do so, please provide your printer model.

How to find:

Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number

i bought a new notebook with latest windows 10. do all you said, installayion software doesnt see my printer m1132mfp! can you please give direct dll file for printer and scaner.  on windows 8.1 there is no problem. only latest windows 10.
