After replacing the  ITB, everything appears to be working. I can send a document via my network, or initiate a "configuration report" from the touch screen. The paper travels through the printer properly, but no toner is deposited on the paper.

There are no error messages.

There is no sign of any toner on the ITB.

Did I miss something?

Is there a way to tell if the replacement ITB is defective?

I would appreciate any ideas.

Unfortunately reinstalling the old ITB is not an option.

If you stop the printer in the middle of printing is there toner dust image on the toners OPC before it should be transferred on to the belt? Have you tried to reinstall belt to be sure that everything is seated properly?

I did reinstall the belt a second time. No change.

here is no sign of toner or dust on the belt.

If you stop the print job in the middle and remove toner cartridges is there any toner dust on each print cartridge?

There is no toner dust on the toner cartridges. This printer is so fast, trying to stop in a spot where there might be toner on the belt or cartridges is fleeting.
