Can you see the printer properly connected wirelessly with a solid blue light near the WiFi button?
Assuming it is connected follow Step 1: Check the wireless connection below:
if that doesn't help please give steps 4 and 5 below a try:

What is your exact printer model?
The HP Laserjet 4250 printer model is not AirPrint enabled.
