HP Recommended

An HP LaserJet M5035 MFP machine was having light print problem; when I replaced laser-scanner assembly from other printer the print-out improved, but when I use a new laser-scanner assembly it shows an error code 52.00. Even if I replace the old, which one working the error code still remains. Would you please help? Thank you, JM701

Check the cabling carefully, you may have damaged the Flat flexible cable that plugs into the scanner or pinched the wires that run across the front of the scanner. Also the codes are usually 52.xx.xx and those last 2 digits can help in troubleshooting.
