Hi @Gilberto77

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for flagging that. Since the Attention light is still blinking even after clearing the paper jam, let’s narrow this down together. I’ll ask a few quick questions to better understand the situation:

Model Confirmation: Could you confirm the exact model of your printer? (e.g., HP OfficeJet 8015e, DeskJet 2855e, etc.)

Display or Error Message: Is there any message or icon showing on the printer’s control panel or screen alongside the blinking Attention light?

Paper Path Check: When you cleared the jam, did you check all access points—input tray, output tray, rear access door, and cartridge access area—for any small torn pieces of paper?

Current Status: Is the printer responsive otherwise? For example:

  • Can it print from the computer?
  • Does it make any noise or attempt to initialize when powered on?

Connection Type: Is the printer connected via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet?

Once I have these details, I’ll guide you through the most effective steps to get that light cleared and your printer back to normal.

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
