Black dots and smudges on the right ride of my paper when printing

I have noticed a row of black dots about 1.25" from the right edge of my paper when printing. There are also dark smudges along the right edge of the page. I have checked the toner cartridge and the drum and they appear to be clean. Any idea how to resolve this issue? I appreciate any suggestions you may have.

You can see there is a row of 10 black dots down the right side of the page, as well as several smudges near the right edge.

Looks like a defective drum. YOu will probably need a new drum.

Measure distance between 2 repeating dots / smudges and compare
